Who we are

Marketing Agentsy ("we", "us") operates an AI-powered marketing content platform at www.marketingagentsy.com that plans, writes, publishes, and measures SEO content for the businesses we work with. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We use this to create and secure your account. We do not receive or store your Google password.
• Business content. Information you or your team add to the platform — business profiles, keywords, content drafts, website URLs, and connected publishing accounts.
• Usage data. Standard technical logs (such as timestamps and error reports) that keep the service reliable. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site trackers.

Google user data

If you choose to connect Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or your Google Business Profile, we access that data read-only and only for the property or profile you select. We use it solely to show your search performance, conversions, and reviews inside your dashboard and reports, and to generate content suggestions for your own website. Authorization tokens are stored encrypted and are never shared, sold, or used for advertising. Disconnecting an integration in the app removes our access; you can also revoke it at any time from your Google Account permissions.

Marketing Agentsy's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

• To provide, secure, and improve the platform.
• To research keywords, generate and publish content, and measure its performance on your behalf.
• To send service emails such as invitations, review notifications, and performance reports.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your data to train AI models.

Service providers

We use a small set of infrastructure providers to run the service: hosting and databases (Railway, Supabase), AI content generation (Anthropic), email delivery (Resend), social publishing (PostProxy), and SEO data (DataForSEO, Firecrawl). Each receives only the data needed to perform its function. Google user data from connected integrations is not shared with AI providers or any other third party.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Disconnecting an integration deletes its stored authorization; deleting your account removes your personal information from our systems within 30 days, except where the law requires longer retention. To request deletion, contact us at the address below.

Cookies

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in and remember your last-used project. There are no advertising or analytics cookies on this site.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date above and note the change in the app.
