Terms of Service

The service
Marketing Agentsy provides an AI-powered marketing content platform: keyword research, content generation and review, publishing to connected websites and social accounts, and search performance reporting. Access is by invitation; accounts are provisioned for the businesses we work with and their teams.
Accounts
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under your account. You must have the authority to connect any website, analytics property, or social profile you link to the platform. We may suspend accounts that are misused or compromised.
Your content
You own the business information you provide and the content the platform produces and publishes for your business. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service — to store, process, generate, and publish that content on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing content before or after publication and for its compliance with laws that apply to your business.
Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to publish unlawful, deceptive, or infringing material; attempt to access other customers' data; probe or disrupt the service; or resell access without our written agreement.
Third-party platforms
The service connects to platforms we don't control — Google, WordPress, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, and others. Their terms govern your accounts there, and their availability, APIs, and ranking systems can change in ways that affect the service. We don't guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated content can contain errors; the platform includes review steps, and you retain final editorial control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marketing Agentsy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time; either party may end the engagement per its service agreement. On termination we will, on request, delete your account data as described in the Privacy Policy. Content already published to your own website and social accounts remains yours.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in the app with an updated effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
